We have completed another phase of our continuous improvement program! After evaluating an electric battery powered forklift, we have replaced our propane powered forklifts. According to a report published in the International Journal of Life Cycle Assessment, eco-indicators (including carcinogens, respiratory inorganics, and carbon emissions) were nearly 48 times higher for LPG trucks than for electric forklifts. This is a continuing improvement that allows us to formulate and supply what we produce with due regard to quality and environmental impacts while continuing to meet our customer’s needs.
